Swim Team Prep
Swim Team Prep: This is a 30 minute lesson twice/week designed to prepare swimmers for the recreational swim team.
Qualifications: Must be able be to swim full length (25 yards) of the pool without assistance. Generally, ages 5 - 7.
Summer Session:
First session: 30 min lesson

Time: 8:30a - 9a, 3:30p - 4p

*Groups limited to 6 swimmers- must have the swimming skills to safely swim in this group. Please book a private lesson if you are not sure your child fits in this group we can make programming adjustments once your child has been evaluated.

Recreational Swim Team Program
This is a flexible program designed for swimmers of all abilities who are learning to swim backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle and butterfly. This program emphasizes skill progressions in the four main strokes, in addition to starts, turns, finishes, as well as goal setting, sportsmanship and leadership!
Qualifications for the program:
*Our swimmers should be able to swim in a streamline with a kick, one lengths (25 yards) rhythmic freestyle, and one lengths (25 yards) fundamental backstroke.
*Young swimmers must be comfortable in the water
(without parent present)
