Full payment will be taken at registration. Refunds: No refunds will be given. Once we have reserved a time slot for you, that spot is considered “sold” and is no longer marketable. Please feel free to give your child’s time slot to a family member or friend with notification to Vail Swim School to handle repayment and liability waiver. It is your paid slot. When scheduling lessons, it is your responsibility to make sure that vacation, appointments, and health concerns do not interfere with the lessons for which you have enrolled. We will make every effort to fairly handle absences due to a child’s serious illness. We feel that missing a lesson due to the occasional cold, stomachache, fever, naps, doctor appointments, vacations, or simply forgetting the lesson are the sole responsibility of the parent. MAKEUPS ARE ONLY OFFERED IN THE EVENT OF AN INSTRUCTOR ABSENCE AND NOT DUE TO WEATHER OR THE REASONS MENTIONED ABOVE. If we are unable to service a makeup for a child's serious illness or instructor absence, a credit will be given on your account to be used toward future programming. Instructors are people too and may have an occasional absence due to illness, family matters etc. you may have a substitute for your lesson or session. A "makeup charge" of $20 will be applied if you would like to reschedule a missed lesson.
